Portrait of Rebecca Lauren, Mental Health and Neurodiversity Coach

Welcome, you’re safe here

Hi, I’m Rebecca.
I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a Mental Health Coach and Advocate, passionate about supporting adults, children and families through challenges including ADHD, anxiety, social anxiety, overwhelm, emotional regulation and bullying experiences.

After receiving my own ADHD diagnosis later in life and living with Fibromyalgia, so much of my experience finally began to make sense. My personal journey has given me a deep and genuine understanding of how overwhelming life can sometimes feel.

I offer a warm, safe and non-judgemental space where we can work together to build practical strategies, confidence, resilience and a greater sense of calm.

Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to face it alone. ♡

Rebecca has always been there for me to talk about my anxiety, OCD and general day-to-day wellbeing. She is a kind, thoughtful and approachable person who makes you feel instantly calm when you speak to her.
